We had a water line leak to our fridge. Adam came out that day & identified the problem, offered a couple of alternative solutions, & returned with parts the following morning. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Great small business and the service is outstanding. I had several things I wanted to be looked at and repaired. Water damage from failed plumbing is costly. The work I requested was to replace common items, like toilet shutoffs, faucet cartridges wearing out among other things. If you haven’t experienced how Loyalty does business, you might be surprised. A field supervisor will visit and do a complete walkthrough if you want or just focus on your repair. A walkthrough will educate you on your plumbing and potential or even things you may not have noticed. In my case Justin went with me through the home we discussed what I wanted, discussed possible upgrades and provided three estimates for what I wanted and two possible upgrades. Absolutely no pressure to upgrade, which I didn’t but I may in the future. It gave me a baseline. Once you agree on the work, the next available plumber/technician scheduled. Here’s the bread and butter, great communication, in time, like several times. Clean on every level. Vehicles, tools, people and final cleanup. The office staff is polite and reaches out immediately if there are problems and answer the phone for questions and answers. The only problem was replacement part security. My golden Retriever managed to sneak off with a flapper, it looks like a ball to him, a Pair of bootys, they look like socks and a rag. These were not left lying around, he snuck up to the tool box and he basically stole them. After you meet the Loyalty team, you’ll understand why they are pet friendly. I highly recommend them. I don’t have an experience from another company for price comparison but it was in my budget I had in mind. Great group of people, family and veteran owned. I’m not affiliated with Loyalty. I just like to ramble on, especially if they deserve it. I used than almost a year ago with the same results.
